Can i work between my OPT start date and after graduation date?

Hi, 

I am graduating this May 16 and I will receiving my EAD card in June end. I have a full-time job commitment once my EAD arrives. During this time between May 16 and start of my OPT date I plan to work with some other company for around a month. Can I do that? 

I would really appreciate an early reply to this thread.

No you can't unless authorized by USCIS. Although you have filed for your OPT card but filing doesn't mean approving. 

Even if has been approved, you must follow the dates on OPT card.
