Job Description: - Experience in Solution Designing and deployment of NFV/SDN based networks, Cloud virtualization technologies, framework for large telecom operators
- Work in Operations team during office hours and on call as required.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the Cloud industry, private (OpenStack) and public cloud environments, virtualization, and cloud management.
- Hands on experience in Carrier grade Virtual infrastructure manager (like cisco, Nokia..)
- Hands on experience and expertise on OpenStack is a must, Certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator in OpenStack along with Red Hat Certified Cloud Architect is added advantage
- Good knowledge in network TCP/IP, IPv4, expertise in IPv6, VLAN,VXLAN, Bridging, routing, IP Tables, DNS, DHCP
- Good knowledge virtual networking and storage configuration
- Good knowledge in SDN/NFV MANO Architecture, interworking's such as Fast path using DPDK/SRiOV
- Experience with various persistence technologies like Cassandra, MongoDB, MySQL is highly desirable
- Scripting knowledge on python and develop and deployment experience in ansible
- Knowledge with Hypervisors and Kubernetes, docker would be added advantage
- Maintaining lab environment to assess technical solutions and support SDN and NFV product POC testing
- Open Stack Networking (Neutron) plug-in, Cisco ACI, cisco NSO, OPNFV, ONOS, Nokia CBAM etc.
- Working experience and involving data center architecture, Cloud concepts and operation

- Shell Scripting and Software development experience, including API development (REST, XML, etc.)
- Working experience with LINUX.
- Strong Knowledge and experience in OpenStack design, engineering, and virtualization in the cloud environment including, virtual machine deployment and management, cloud orchestration, service instantiation and assurance, and cloud analytic.
- Adhering to SLAs
- ITIL Processes awareness and adhering to Mentoring / Training Team Members
- Handling tickets / requests
- Perform root cause analysis
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to
- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA
- Understanding of Multi-Geo support environment
