JD : The Senior Salesforce Administrator will work as part of the enterprise-wide Center of Excellence team that covers ~15 orgs across 5 distinct business units. The team is focused on supporting strategic initiatives, delivery excellence (devops), platform best practices/quality/health, upskilling programs, and delivering POCs/Pilots with new products/solutions. The Senior Salesforce Admin will work on a diverse and dynamic mixture of work – and must thrive in situations that may be ambiguous and have a lot of freedom to deliver creative and unique solutions. A successful candidate is passionate about the Salesforce platform and interested in playing in multiple disciplines (i.e. Admin, BSA, Release Mgmt) - 5-7 years of experience with Salesforce as an Administrator, BSA, or Developer
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lead initiatives with little oversight
- Experience assessing and defining platform best practices
- Experience in analyzing complex business problems, proposing unique solutions, defining clear business requirements, and managing stakeholder expectations
- Salesforce Admin, Advanced Admin, and Platform App Builder certifications
- Experience building, modifying, and troubleshooting Workflow Rules, Process Builders, and Flows
- Experience with Salesforce releasement management tools (i.e. Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum)
- Experience with Salesforce back-up tools (i.e. OwnBackUp)
- Experience with Slack and integrations with Salesforce
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile delivery methodology
- Experience with Financial Service Cloud preferred
