Responsibilities:
- This role is responsible for:
- Management and organization of testing team,
- Guiding the test team with creation of test cases and their execution,
- Reporting test results and status to management
- Working closely with the test and development teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading, managing and provide guidance on testing efforts
- Ability to Develop, Maintain and Execute Test cases, track defects, provide detail test results and test status
- Ability to debug the defects, conduct root cause analysis
- Deep Knowledge of Databases and SQL is must
- Should understand the business requirements and be able to bridge the gap between Data Analysts and technical team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable adjusting to changing priorities, works well in a team environment and preferably in an agile environment.
- Experience in backend testing/ETL/Datawarehouse testing is a plus
- Health plan experience experience is a plus.
