Job description:
The Sales Force Technical Program Manager will perform the following activities, including (but not limited to):
● Minimum 7 years of experience in senior project/program management roles with proven experience in leading complex projects for Business Intelligence, Sales, or Customer Success business functions
● Ability to balance a program workload and staffing according to project/program and organizational priorities and goals
● Developing complete & thorough project plan and associated communication documents
● Effectively communicating project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
● Developing and delivering progress reports, requirements, risks, and other program management office (PMO) methodology documentation
● Facilitating status meetings with project stakeholders
● Excellent knowledge on Supply Chain processes typically related to the Retail industry.
● Good experience implementing Salesforce Integrations. ● Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
● Strong program management fundamentals on technical cross-functional projects
● Excellent leadership, people and communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical group
