Job Description: Overall, 15 years of IT experience with Minimum 5 years’ experience in Salesforce.com Strong experience in Solution Design and Architecture in the following • Sales Cloud • Service Cloud • Communities • Field Service Lighting • Lighting Aura Framework Strong hands-on experience in Customization & Configuration - Lighting/ Apex / Visual force / Triggers / Controllers / Workflows / Approvals Strong Experience in REST Services, Salesforce API, Force.com Integration experience with ERP systems thru middleware like Informatica / MuleSoft / Web Services, etc. Should have interfaced with business in SFDC deployments Excellent in Customer facing, leading 15-20 members teams. Desirable to be Certified in Salesforce.com Application / System Architect plus , Sales / Service cloud/ CPQ
Job Responsibilities: To be a bridge between the Business and the Technical team The candidate would be required to interact with the Business SMEs on a regular basis for activities such as. • Requirement gathering through workshops. • Help in formulating the user stories based on the information captured in the workshops. • Help in creating the functional design documentation • From time to time help the technical team (developers) understand the business requirement. • Establish trust with the business. • Empathize with the business. • Explain what has been built by the team in functional context to the business. • Guide the business SMEs during the UAT. • Keep track of the project scope during UAT to avoid scope creeps.
