Job Description:
• As a Senior Business Analyst of IT, you’ll be responsible for preparing one or more of the deliverables required to build Business Requirement Documents for projects which include; Process flow, use cases and user stories.
• You may document current business processes if they are not already in place.
• A thorough understanding of the functional area related to the project and the ability to identify and quantify business process improvements along with system improvements through the use of technology is critical.
• While in this position knowledge of technology and the business with the ability to combine the two is a must.
• You’ll develop the requirements trace-ability matrix, which is charted and documented through each phase of the project life-cycle.
• Interface with Business Stakeholders and IT teams. Handle multiple projects at the same time while working in an agile manner.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Individual will play a role of Sr. BA and expected to perform some day-to-day project management duties
- Candidate must demonstrate strong working knowledge of XML and HTML
- Candidate must have experience working in an application development team
- Candidate must have experience working in an agile (scrum) team in a fast-paced environment
- Candidate must have experience with application testing as well as leading/providing guidance to QA teams and facilitating user acceptance testing
- Candidate must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
- Experience with .Net and application experience required
- Good understanding of infrastructure what backend systems gets implemented
- Experience as a Lead Business Analyst preferred
- Experience working with/managing an offshore team highly preferred
